General Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • Participants must be USA Residents and 18 years or older to be eligible for this contest.
    • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Flying Carpet Inc. are not eligible to participate.
  2. How to Enter
    • Creating an account is sufficient to qualify for any of the offers, and no purchase is required. Each valid entry will be automatically entered into the raffle for a chance to win provided it was created during the qualifying periods.
    • The offer is valid only for new account creations effective 29th March 2025 and not for existing users.
    • To be eligible, you must have created an account on the www.flyingcarpet.travel website during one of the following Travel & Adventure Show editions: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Washington DC.
  3. Prize Details
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  4. Winner Selection & Notification
    • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries through a lucky draw.
    • The winner will be notified by email at the address linked to their account. Only the winner will be notified by email. All participants may not receive further communication regarding the giveaway.
    • The organizer’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the winner of the contest.
  5. Privacy & Data Use
    • By signing up for an account, participants consent to www.FlyingCarpet.travel  website’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
    • The winner’s contact email may be used for promotional purposes by Flying Carpet Travel.
    • FLYING CARPET TRAVEL reserves the right to use the data collected for marketing communication purposes.
  6. General Terms
    • FLYING CARPET TRAVEL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • FLYING CARPET TRAVEL is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may occur during the entry process.
    • By entering, participants release FLYING CARPET TRAVEL from any liability related to the raffle.
    • FLYING CARPET TRAVEL will not be responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the promotion’s execution.
    • Flying Carpet is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Contest and acceptance, possession and use of any prize.  
    • FLYING CARPET TRAVEL is not responsible for any delays, failure to provide, or inability to deliver the spa package prize on time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond FLYING CARPET TRAVEL’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, supplier delays, health-related restrictions, or any other events or conditions outside of FLYING CARPET TRAVEL’s reasonable control
    • The governing law for this promotion will be the State of Delaware.

OFFER 1: Flying Carpet Charity Fitness Championship terms.

  1. To claim a Flying Carpet sports jersey, an account must be created on the FLYING CARPET TRAVEL website during the Travel & Adventure Show Washington between 29th and 30th  March 2025 during the show hours.
  2. The sports jersey must be collected at the event and will not be shipped or offered after the event.
  3. Only 1 sports jersey per account will be provided.
  4. The Sport Jersey offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to stock availability. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be offered.
  5. The T-shirt has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
  6. Join the FLYING CARPET Charity Fitness Challenge by signing up at www.flyingcarpet.travel    and commit to walking at least 5,000 steps every day for the next consecutive 30 days.
  7. Participants will be eligible for the FLYING CARPET Charity Fitness Challenge raffle if they complete at least 5,000 steps every day for 30 consecutive days.
  8. All participants must provide valid proof of having achieved a minimum of 5000 steps a day for up to 30 days to qualify for the charity donation.
  9. The winner will be notified after the contest ends.
  10. The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified of their prize win. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  11. The winner needs to submit the information about the charity they intend to donate to. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the charity they select meets any required legal and eligibility standards. FLYING CARPET has the right to verify the provided charity details before processing the donation. If the winner does not provide the charity information within the set time, or if the charity doesn’t meet necessary criteria, FLYING CARPET TRAVEL can cancel the donation or offer an alternative solution.

OFFER 2: Win a SPA PACKAGE worth $2500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred USD) on FlyingCarpet.travel: Additional Terms & Conditions

  1. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries across all four events.
  2. The winner will be announced by April 15th 2025, and they will be notified via email.
  3. The spa package is non-transferable and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
  4. FLYING CARPET TRAVEL reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
  5. FLYING CARPET TRAVEL reserves the right to make substitutions or exchanges to the spa package, at its sole discretion, if the prize is unavailable. Any attempt to redeem the spa package prize for cash or any other form of compensation will result in forfeiture of the prize
  6. The spa package prize cannot be exchanged or substituted except in the event of unavailability at the sole discretion of the organizer.
  7. The winner can choose travel dates, subject to availability and excluding blackout dates. If the chosen dates are unavailable, alternate dates must be provided.
  8. The winner is responsible for booking their own flights and spa package which is subject to availability.
  9. The winner is also responsible for paying any additional costs, including but not limited to, gratuities and personal expenses.
  10. The winner must be in good health, as some spa treatments may not be suitable for everyone.
  11. The winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FLYING CARPET TRAVEL from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the winner’s participation in the spa package, including any personal injury or property damage that may occur.
  12. The Winner’s Voucher for the SPA Package is valid for 6 months from the voucher issue date.
  13. Terms and conditions for the spa will apply and will be shared with the winner.

OFFER 3: Get discounts on your next trip worth $50/$25/$10 (Fifty/Twenty-five/Ten) on Flyingcarpet.travel: Additional Terms & Conditions

  1. Discount Vouchers for use on www.flyingcarpet.travel is available exclusively to attendees of the Travel & Adventure Show in Washington.
  2. To be eligible for the USD50 discount voucher, an account must be created on the FLYING CARPET TRAVEL website between 10:00 AM on March 29th, 2025, and 11:59 PM on March 30th, 2025.
  3. 50 accounts created between March 29th – 30th 2025 will be eligible for USD50 discount vouchers on a first come basis.
  4. 50 accounts created after 11:59 PM on March 30th  2025, and until 11:59 PM on 6th  April 2025, will be eligible for USD25 discount vouchers on a first come basis.
  5. Another 50 accounts created after 11.59 pm on April 6th 2025 and until 11:59 PM on 13th  April 2025, will be eligible for USD10 discount vouchers on a first come basis.
  6. Discount Vouchers can be used towards booking of flights, stays and hotels on flyingcarpet.travel. The vouchers cannot be redeemed against experiences.
  7. If the total transaction value exceeds the Discount Voucher amount (i.e., $50 or $25 or $10), the user must pay the difference. If the total transaction value is less than the Discount Voucher, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
  8. Discount Voucher cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
  9. Discount Voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
  10. Discount Voucher is non-transferable, cannot be sold, or exchanged for any other form of compensation.
  11. No cash in lieu of credit will be provided in case of lapse.
  12. The credit is non-refundable and cannot be used for purchases other than on flyingcarpet.travel.
  13. No credit or cash will be provided in the event of a no-show.
  14. In the event that the user cancels their booking, the Discount Voucher amount will be reversed and it must be used within the validity period.
  15. FLYING CARPET TRAVEL reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  16. FLYING CARPET TRAVEL also reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at its discretion
  17. By entering the promotion, participants agree to release FLYING CARPET TRAVEL from any and all liability related to this promotion.
  18. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of the state of Delaware is FLYING CARPET TRAVEL incorporated.
  19. The Discount Voucher promotion is void where prohibited by law.
