Terms and Conditions- $200 Travel Voucher Campaign

Promotion Overview 

Flying Carpet Travel is offering a $200 Travel Voucher to reward travel agents who actively book through our platform. The first ten (10) travel agents to complete ten (10) confirmed bookings on FlyingCarpet.travel by December 31, 2025 will each receive a $200 Travel Voucher, redeemable toward future reservations. 

 

How to Participate  

  • Once registered, a member of our team will approve your details and activate your account.  

 

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Participation is open to all registered travel agents and agencies with an active FlyingCarpet.travel account. 
  • A minimum booking value of USD $300 per booking applies. 
  • Only bookings consisting of Flights and/or Hotels will count toward the 10 qualifying bookings. 
  • Transfers and Experiences do not count toward the qualifying bookings but may be purchased later using the voucher. 
  • Only confirmed bookings with full payment made will qualify. Bookings on hold, cancelled, refunded, or subject to chargeback are excluded. 
  • Each PNR/reservation will be treated as one booking unless otherwise specified. 

 

Offer Limitations 

  • Only the first 10 agents to complete 10 qualifying bookings within the campaign period are eligible. 
  • The promotion ends on December 31, 2025 or once 10 agents have qualified, whichever occurs first. 
  • Bookings made outside the campaign period will not be considered. 
  • The $200 Travel Voucher is limited to one (1) per qualifying agent and is non-transferable. 

 

Reward Issuance 

  • Eligible agents will receive their $200 Travel Voucher within 14 calendar days of their 10th confirmed booking. 
  • The voucher will be issued as a voucher code or wallet credit for use exclusively on FlyingCarpet.travel. 
  • Flying Carpet Travel reserves the right to verify all bookings and agent eligibility prior to issuing any reward. 

 

Redemption and Usage of Voucher 

  • The voucher may be applied toward Flights, Hotels, Transfers, or Experiences booked on FlyingCarpet.travel. 
  • The voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. 
  • It may be applied in full or as partial payment against a booking. Any unused balance will be forfeited. 
  • The voucher has no cash value, is non-exchangeable, and may not be transferred or resold. 

 

Data Use and Privacy 

Participation requires the collection and processing of certain personal and booking data. All data will be handled in accordance with Flying Carpet Travel’s Privacy Policy, available at:

By participating in this campaign, agents consent to the use of their data for promotion verification, booking processing, and marketing communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

  • Flying Carpet Travel is not responsible for technical failures, booking errors, system outages, or unauthorized human intervention that may affect participation. 
  • Flying Carpet Travel shall not be liable or deemed in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or system outages. 
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Carpet Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this campaign. 
  • In any event, Flying Carpet Travel’s liability shall not exceed the value of the reward offered, i.e., USD $200 per eligible agent. 

 

General Terms 

  • Flying Carpet Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. However, all rewards earned prior to such termination will be honored. 
  • This offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher unless expressly permitted by Flying Carpet Travel. 
  • Fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or suspicious behavior will result in disqualification. 
  • Flying Carpet Travel’s decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance shall be final and binding. 

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware. 

 

Flying Carpet Terms and Privacy Policy 

By participating in this campaign, travel agents agree to be bound by Flying Carpet Travel’s standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which apply to all bookings and platform usage.
