Terms and Conditions – $50 Promotional Discount

Promotion Overview:

  • This limited-time offer provides a $50 discount for consumers on eligible bookings made through our website or mobile app, applicable automatically at checkout without the use of any coupon code.  

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bookings must be made via the official portal: www.flyingcarpet.travel or the Flying Carpet Travel mobile app.
  • The total booking value must be at least US $500.
  • Offer applies to bookings for flights only.
  • Hotels, Viator experiences, transfers and flight + insurance bundles are excluded from this promotion.
  • Both cash and credit card payments are accepted for this offer, subject to eligibility.
  • Bookings must be completed before January 31, 2026.
  • All amounts are in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Valid only for individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of booking

 

Offer Limitations:

  • This $50 discount offer is not applicable to users registered with Flying Carpet Travel as travel agents.
  • The offer is valid for the first 200 successful transactions across the platform that meet the above criteria.
  • Each user (identified by email ID or username) can utilize the discount a maximum of once during the campaign.
  • The discount value is fixed at $50 and does not increase with higher booking values.
  • Bookings that are later canceled or refunded will still count toward the $500-transaction limit and the user’s one-use cap, as long as the discount was successfully applied at the time of the original transaction, unless the cancellation or refund results solely from a verified technical failure directly attributable to Flying Carpet Inc., as reasonably determined by Flying Carpet Inc. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with our refund policy and will cover only the amount you paid after any discount was applied. Discounts and promotional values are not refundable or reusable.

 

Application of Discount:

  • The discount is automatically applied and displayed at checkout.
  • This promotional discount cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer, or promotion. If a valid coupon code is applied at checkout, the coupon will replace the automatic $50 promotional discount, and only one discount will apply per transaction.

 

Data Use and Privacy:

  • Personal data collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By participating, users agree to the use of their data for booking processing, and, where permitted by applicable law, marketing communication in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Limitation of Liability:

  • Flying Carpet Inc. is not responsible for technical issues, failures or delays in transactions, system outages, or unauthorized human intervention during booking. Participation in this promotion is at the user’s own risk.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this offer.
  • In any event, the Flying Carpet Inc.’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or relating to this promotion shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) per eligible transaction.

 

General Terms:

  • This promotion is valid until January 31, 2026, or until the completion of 200 qualifying transactions, whichever occurs first.
  • Flying Carpet Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, and without incurring any liability.
  • Disqualification due to ineligibility or any abuse of the offer (e.g., fake accounts, multiple emails, bot transactions) may result in cancellation of the booking and barring of the user.
  • Flying Carpet Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the promotional limit beyond the initial 200 successful transactions or to allow additional users to participate, subject to availability and system compatibility.

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
