These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Flying Carpet Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Flying Carpet Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to earn a fixed referral fee by referring customers to book travel products through unique referral links or QR codes provided by Flying Carpet.

This Program is currently offered as a pilot and features may be limited or subject to change.

2. How Referrals Are Tracked

• Each affiliate is provided with unique referral links and/or QR codes.
• Bookings made through these links are tracked and attributed to the affiliate based on Flying Carpet’s tracking system.
• Attribution is based on last-click logic within the defined attribution window.

3. Attribution Window

• Referrals are attributed to the affiliate if a booking is completed within [e.g. 30 days] of the customer clicking the affiliate’s referral link or QR code.
• Flying Carpet reserves the right to update the attribution window during or after the pilot phase.

4. Referral Fee & Eligibility

• Affiliates earn a fixed referral fee (flat fee) for each completed and non-refunded booking made through their referral link or QR code.
• The referral fee amount is defined separately and may be updated during the pilot phase.
• Cancelled, refunded, or charged-back bookings are not eligible for a referral fee.

5. Payouts

• Referral fee tracking and payouts are handled manually during the pilot phase.
• Payouts are processed only after booking completion and confirmation.
• A minimum payout threshold may apply.
• Payment method and payout timing will be communicated separately.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks

• If a booking is cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback, any associated referral fee will be voided or reversed.
• Flying Carpet’s determination regarding booking status and referral fee eligibility is final.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote Flying Carpet honestly and transparently
• Not misrepresent prices, discounts, or offers
• Not imply percentage-based commission or variable earnings
• Comply with all applicable laws and disclosure requirements (including identifying affiliate links where required)

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or fake reviews
• Bid on Flying Carpet brand terms in paid search without written approval
• Impersonate Flying Carpet or represent themselves as an official agent or employee

9. Brand Usage

• Affiliates may not misuse Flying Carpet branding, logos, or trademarks.
• Any provided branding materials must be used as instructed.
• Flying Carpet reserves the right to request removal of any non-compliant content.

10. Program Changes & Termination

• Flying Carpet may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or an affiliate’s participation at any time.
• Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Flying Carpet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.
