2. Eligibility

This offer is open to customers who:

• Are booking IndiGo-operated flights (domestic or international)

3. How to Participate

To redeem the discount:

• Search for any IndiGo route on FlyingCarpet.Travel
• Select your preferred itinerary
• Add traveller details and proceed to checkout
• The $5 discount will be automatically applied on the payment page. No promo code is required

4. Offer Period

The offer is valid from 12^th July until 20^th July  2025 or until withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of Flying Carpet Inc.

5. Limitations

• Discount is not valid for tickets issued for infants
• Each customer may participate once per booking unless otherwise specified
• In case of a refund or cancellation, the refund will be based on the discounted fare, not the original full fare
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with airline fare rules and Flying Carpet’s cancellation policy

6. Application of Discount

• The discount is automatically applied during checkout
• Each customer may receive the $5 discount on each eligible booking. No stacking or repeated discounts on a single booking allowed.
• Offer may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Flying Carpet Inc. is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, service interruptions, third-party platform issues, or payment gateway fees that may occur during the booking process. Participation in this promotion is at the user’s own risk.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this offer.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any liability arising from or related to this offer shall be strictly limited to the value of the discount, i.e., five U.S. dollars (USD $5), per eligible transaction.

• Flying Carpet Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Disqualification due to ineligibility or any abuse of the offer (e.g., fake accounts, multiple emails, bot transactions) may result in cancellation of the booking and barring of the user.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
