- Requested Room: 5% additional on the room tariff

- Mandatory Supplement Charge for Package: Euro 60 per person
Reservation: Will be confirmed against advance payment of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation is permitted only if it is made before 30 days prior to the date of admission. If not, the full amount of reservation will be charged. Duration of the treatment may vary according to doctor’s directions with the corresponding changes in packages/rates. Process may change depending upon the patient’s body conditions.
Being an Ayurveda hospital, we do not recommend children below the age of 12 unless otherwise admission is recommended by the Doctors.
Type of rooms & beds
Kerala Deluxe Suite A/c – It is a traditional Kerala wooden house with antique doors and furniture. The suite has a living room, a bedroom and attached bathroom with hot and cold-water facilities. An excellent sea view from the room and it has also a verandah overlooking ocean. The whole Kerala House has one suite room and two deluxe rooms rented separately.
Kerala House Deluxe A/c – It is a traditional Kerala wooden house with antique doors and furniture. Deluxe House is with a bedroom and attached bathroom with hot and cold-water facilities. It has a verandah with exclusive sea view. The whole Kerala House has one suite room and two deluxe rooms rented separately.
Kerala House Standard A/c – It is a traditional Kerala wooden house with antique doors and furniture. Independent villas with a verandah, bedroom and attached bathrooms with hot and cold-water facilities.
Special Cottage A/c – Special Cottages are independent round or square shaped thatched cottage with full/partial sea view. It is built with natural materials of mud and bricks. All accommodations are double/twin bed, replete with a bedroom and attached bathroom with hot and cold-water facilities.
Garden Cottage A/c -Garden Cottages are independent cottages with beautiful garden view. It is built with natural materials of mud and bricks. All accommodations are double/twin bed, replete with a bedroom and attached bathroom with hot and cold-water facilities.
Standard Room A/c – Standard rooms are replete with a bedroom and attached bathrooms with hot and cold-water facilities.
All the service and amenities listed blow can be used only as per the Doctors advice.

Rejuvenation Therapy (Rasayana Chikilsa)
This therapy includes a body massage using medicated oils and creams by two therapists, internal rejuvenation medicines, and a medicated steam bath. Treatments last 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7–14 days. It is designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul, improve skin tone, strengthen the body’s systems, and promote overall health and longevity.
Body Purification Therapy (Shodhana Chikilsa)
This therapy purifies the body and restores the balance of Vatha, Pitha, and Kapha through Panchakarma and Swethakarma treatments. The 15-day programme includes Body Massage, Snehapanam, Nasyam, Virachanam (Medicated Purgative), Snehavasthi, Dhara, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Karnapooranam, Tharpanam, Sirovasthi, Steam Bath, and internal herbal medicines.
Body Immunization / Longevity Treatment (Kayakalpa Chikilsa)
This rejuvenation programme is designed to slow the ageing process, reduce cellular degeneration, and strengthen immunity through Panchakarma therapies and Rasayana medicines. The 28-day programme includes Body Massage, Snehapanam, Virechanam, Nasyam, Snehavasthi, Dhara, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Tharpanam, Sirovasthi, Karnapooranam, Medicated Steam Bath, and specialised Ayurvedic medicines. The treatment is most effective when undertaken before the age of 60.
Slimming Programme
This 28-day programme combines Medicated Herbal Powder Massage and Medicated Herbal Oil Massage with medicated steam baths, herbal juices, herbal teas, and a specially prescribed Ayurvedic diet to support healthy weight management.
Beauty Care Programme
This programme focuses on enhancing inner and outer beauty through Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation. Treatments include herbal face packs, herbal cream massage, specialised oil massage, fruit and herbal juices, body and head packs, steam or herbal baths, and herbal supplements. The programme helps improve skin complexion, skin tone, and muscle tone.
Spine & Neck Care Programme
This specialised programme is designed to maintain spinal health and relieve neck and back-related conditions. Treatments include Special Massages, Kativasthi, Snehavasthi, Kashayavasthi, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, and therapeutic exercises.
Psoriasis Treatment Programme (Sidhma Chikilsa)
This 21–28 day Ayurvedic programme is designed for the treatment of various types of psoriasis. It includes Lapanam, Abhyangam, Snehapanam, Pizhichil, Medicated Steam Bath, Sirovasthi, and specially formulated internal herbal medicines.
Ayurveda Anti-Ageing Programme
This comprehensive rejuvenation programme helps counter the effects of ageing by revitalising the body’s systems through purification therapies and Rasayana treatment. The 28-day programme includes specialised body massages, herbal oil therapies, Njavaratheppu, Narangakizhi, Kayasekam, Snehapanam, Virechana, Ksheeravasthy, Snehavasthy, Thalapothichil, Sirodhara, head massage with herbal preparations, Thalam, herbal baths, steam baths, Rasayana medicines, and a specially prescribed Ayurvedic diet. The treatment promotes vitality, strength, healthy ageing, improved complexion, and overall wellbeing.
Important Information
The duration and sequence of treatments may vary based on the doctor’s assessment and the individual’s health condition. The consulting Ayurvedic doctor will determine the final treatment programme.

Loyalty Discount
Repeat guests are eligible for a 5% loyalty discount, subject to the following conditions:
- Advance notification of the guest’s loyalty status is provided.
- The stay is for more than 6 nights.
- The booking is made through the same travel agency as the previous booking.
- The discount is applicable on accommodation and package rates.
Extended Stay Discount
Guests staying for more than 28 days are entitled to a 5% discount on the room rate or package rate.
